    Yes. Every diamond sold by Kanha Jewels is 100% natural, carefully selected for its brilliance, quality, and authenticity.

2. Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?

    No. At Kanha Jewels, we believe diamonds should be appreciated in their purest, natural form — just as nature created them.

3. Are your diamonds certified?

    Yes. All our diamonds are certified, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in your purchase.

4. What certifications do you provide?

     Our diamonds come with GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification.

     If you prefer a different certification, you may request it via email before purchase.

5. What diamond shapes or cuts do you offer?

    Each Kanha Jewels collection features diamonds in a variety of shapes and carats, including round, oval, emerald, cushion, pear, and more.

    If you’re looking for something specific, you can place a custom order through email (contact@kanha-jewels.com) or consultation.

6. What sizes or carat ranges are available?

    Carat ranges vary with each collection. However, you can always request a personalized diamond through consultation or by contacting us via          email contact@kanha-jewels.com

7. How do you ensure the quality of each diamond?

    Every diamond at Kanha Jewels undergoes multiple rounds of expert inspection before selection. We assess each stone for brilliance, proportion,      symmetry, and grading accuracy to ensure it meets our strict quality standards.

8. Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

    Yes. All our diamonds are ethically and responsibly sourced through verified suppliers who follow conflict-free and sustainable trade practices.

9. Do you offer matching diamonds for jewelry pairs or sets?

    Yes. If you’re looking for matching stones for earrings, rings, or jewelry sets, our team can help you find the perfect pair through our free                    consultation service.

10. How can I verify a diamond certificate?

       You can verify any diamond certificate online by visiting the official GIA or IGI website and entering the unique report number found on

       your diamond’s certificate. These databases allow you to instantly confirm the diamond’s authenticity and grading details.

11. Does Kanha Jewels operate any social media handle?

       Kanha jewels is currently working on social media engagement on the backend. We don't have any social media handles available to the                     public yet.

B. Consultation & custom orders

 

1. What is included in the diamond consultation?

    Our complimentary online consultation helps you find the perfect diamond based on your preferences — including quality, 4Cs, budget, and              purpose. You can ask any questions and get expert guidance before purchasing.

2. Are consultations online or in-person?

    All consultations are online only for USA and other locations outside India.

3. How can I book a consultation?

    You can schedule your consultation by emailing (contact@kanha-jewels.com).

    Please include up to 3 dates and 3 time slots that suit you. We’ll confirm the appointment and send a meeting link for your chosen time.

4. What happens during a consultation?

    Each consultation lasts one hour. You may leave early if you wish, or extend the session if no other consultation is booked for the next hour.

    If you’re running late, our consultant will wait up to 10 minutes before marking the session as missed. You can still reschedule later at your       n        convenience.

5. Can I reschedule or cancel my consultation?

    Yes. You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your scheduled time.

    If you can’t attend due to sudden changes, simply cancel and rebook later.

    Please note: multiple late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.

6. Can I request a specific diamond or customization?

    Yes. You can request any specific cut, carat, clarity, or color during your consultation, or reach out via email to share your preferences.

7. Can I order a custom diamond outside your collections?

    Yes. You can order a personalized diamond through consultation, email, 

    Processing time depends on your request, typically taking a minimum of 7 business days.

8. Do you provide diamond photos or videos before purchase?

    Photos and videos of our collections are available on our website.

    If you wish to order something beyond what’s listed, you can request photos or 360° videos via email or from your assigned consultant.

9. Is there any charge for consultation or customization?

    Our consultations are completely free.

    Minor customizations are also free, while major design modifications may involve a small additional fee — will be discussed during consultation.

10. How can I contact Kanha Jewels for consultation?

       You can contact us anytime by email or phone. When booking, please mention whether you prefer a chat-based or video-call consultation so             we can arrange accordingly.

C. Payment & pricing

 

1. What payment methods do you accept?

    Our checkout is powered by PayPal, allowing buyers to pay securely using any method supported by PayPal in their country — including credit            cards, debit cards, or PayPal balance. We will soon start escrow services as well.

2. Do you accept USD or other international currencies?

    Yes we do.

3. Are there any extra fees or extra charges?

   No. The price shown on our website is final and inclusive of all fees and applicable taxes — you pay exactly what you see on the product page.

4. How will I receive my invoice?

    Once your order is confirmed, an invoice is automatically emailed to your registered email address.

    If you choose to create an account on our website, your invoices will also appear in your order history for easy access.

5. Do you offer installment or partial payment options?

    Currently, installments are not available for international transactions.

    Full payment is required at checkout. We may introduce flexible payment options in the future.

D. Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We currently ship to the United States, and we’re in the process of expanding to other international destinations soon.

2. Which shipping partners do you use?

    We ship through Brink’s Global Services and Malca-Amit — trusted leaders in the secure transport of high-value goods worldwide.

3. Are all shipments insured?

    Yes. Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches you, providing complete protection and assurance.

4. How do you ensure quality and packaging before shipping?

    Each diamond undergoes a strict multi-step inspection by our gem experts before shipping.

    We verify the grading, certification number, and physical condition to ensure every stone perfectly matches its certificate and meets Kanha                Jewels’ quality standards. The item is then packed in a tamper-proof, sealed package for complete safety during transit.

5. Do I have to pay any customs duty upon arrival?

No. All customs duties and related fees are included in the price displayed on our website. You pay nothing extra beyond the listed amount.

E. Returns & Policies

 

1. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of delivery.

    Returned diamonds must be in their original jewelry box (intact), with the certification  fully intact.

    Tampered, substituted, or fake items — including any attempt to return a diamond different from the one originally shipped —

    will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

2. Can I exchange a diamond after purchase?

    We don’t offer direct exchanges.

    However, you can return your diamond and then place a new order for the piece you prefer.

3. What should I do if my diamond arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Please contact us immediately via email with your order details and photos if available.

    Our team will review your case right away and assist you until the issue is fully resolved.

4. Can I cancel my order after payment?

    Order cancellation depends on the current stage of shipment.

    If you contact us before your parcel clears customs, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund, including all fees and taxes.

    If the parcel has already cleared customs, you may still cancel your order; however, only a partial refund will be issued, as custom duties are non-        refundable.

5. How long does the refund process take?

    Once the returned diamond reaches our facility and its authenticity is verified, your refund is initiated immediately.

    The amount will reflect in your account shortly after (1-3) business days.

7. How long does delivery take?

    Shipping usually takes 12-16 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

    Kanha Jewels is based in Mumbai, India, with operations that serve clients across India and the United States.

    We currently operate online only (for USA), offering personalized consultations and global delivery through our secure logistics partners.

2. What licenses or registrations does Kanha Jewels hold?

    We hold a valid GSTIN and are registered for export under Indian trade compliance.

3. How can I be sure that Kanha Jewels is trustworthy?

Every diamond we sell is GIA or IGI certified, shipped through Brink’s or Malca-Amit, and fully insured until it reaches you.

We believe in complete transparency — from certification to payment and delivery — so you can buy with confidence.

    Yes. You can request a call or video consultation by emailing or messaging

    We’ll confirm your preferred time and share the meeting link once your slot is booked.

4. How long does it take to get a reply?

    We usually respond within a few hours.

    During high-demand periods, it may take up to 1–2 business days — but every message is answered personally.
